Maquette Property Management is a Luxury apartment company based out of Naperville,IL. They needed a way to get information to their new and existing tenants while cultivating a fun community atmosphere. I was tasked to create a seasonal brochure for one of their branches, Main Street Village Apartments that assisted with delivering important and seasonal information to the tenants.
